Typo-Nerds sollten sich jetzt besser hinsetzen, denn besser als dieses Video wird Typo-Nerdism nie mehr werden, denn darin springt der schnelle Fuchs tatsächlich über einen faulen Hund! YESSS! He finally did it! The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog!

Und wer jetzt keinen blassen Schimmer hat, warum das hier tatsächlich over the dog awesome (over the dog, ihr versteht, knick knack?) ist, hier ein Snip aus Wikipedia:

Die Phrase „The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog“ dient als meistbenutzter Test für Schreibmaschinen und Tastaturen, da es sich dabei um ein kohärentes und kurzes Pangramm des englischen Alphabets handelt, also alle darin vorkommenden Buchstaben abdeckt. Dieser Satz wurde 1988 von der ITU-T in drei verschiedenen englischsprachigen Versionen als Prüftext in der Empfehlung R.52 beschrieben. Auch „Jackdaws love my big Sphinx of Quartz“ (31 Buchstaben) wird oft benutzt.

    wie geht das denn? wieso macht der fuchs das? wieso ist er nicht scheu und warum läuft in dem moment ne kamera? wie krass is das denn??? Ich glaub ich schreib meine bachelor arbeit über das thema.. irgendwie.. ööhmm

    Weil der lazy Dog die ‘Adoptivmutter’ ist und weil sein Herrchen ihm das wohl beigebracht hat. Ein wilder Fuchs wird sich einem Hund wohl nicht näher als 25 m nähern…

  13. Mir ist das hier grad gezeigt worden und ich habs erstmal nicht gecheckt, weil der Titel mit der Hand zugehalten wurde. Dann hab ich laut gelacht.

    Was mich bedrückt, ist die Tatsache dass es sowas wie Randgruppenhumor gibt ;-P und dass ich anscheinend dazugehöre.
