OMG! Real Life Super Mario-Blocks! Call the Bomb Squad!

Fünf Teenager aus Ohio hingen Super Mario-Klötze in der Stadt auf. Wenn man mit dem Kopf dagegen hüpfte, sprangen lustige Goodies aus den Dingern und man entwickelte Superkräfte, damit man feindliche Dingens besser plattmachen konnte. Oder so ähnlich. Das fanden andere jedenfalls nicht so lustig und haben Bombenalarm ausgelöst.

As an April Fool’s Day joke, five teenage girls in the town of Raveena, Ohio, placed 17 “Mario blocks” outside public buildings like the library and the high school. Town officials responded by calling out the bomb squad and Hazmat teams. Police seriously considered laying charges after one of the girls visited headquarters with her mother and took responsibility for the action.

Police chief Randall McCoy didn’t care that it was a teenage prank. “In today’s day and age, you just cannot do this kind of stuff,” he told the Raveena Record-Courier.

  2. scheiss dämliche drecks amis, versauen sich selbst aus unbegründeter angst jeglichen lebensmut. da bin ich mir nich sicher ob ich deswegen traurig oder wütend werden soll.

    edit: dachte es sei klar, dass ich damit natürlich nur die meine, denen es gebührt!

  5. Kann man dagegen nicht was tun? Ich meine gegen diese allgegenwärtige Angst vor den pöhsen Raubmordterroristen? Das ist nämich grade ihre Stärke, leg irgendwo was hin was EVENTUELL VIELLEICHT MÖGLICHERWEISE IM FALLE EINES FALLES eine Bombe sein könnte (auch wenn du garkein Terrorist bist) und alles im Umkreis von 25 km ist bei dem Satz “This could possibly be a bomb) noch vor drei auf den Bäumen ;)
